Significantly downsized the waveguide box for inspection and evaluation of 70GHz band automotive radar, achieving miniaturization. An application product of the "near-field measurement" antenna coupler.

The 70GHz band collision avoidance radar has rapidly expanded from being installed in high-end vehicles to multiple installations in compact cars. Radar manufacturers are facing significant challenges in the inspection process, particularly due to the use of large "waveguide boxes." This is largely attributed to the traditional mindset of using "horn antennas" for "millimeter-wave detection." By utilizing our developed "near-field measurement" antenna coupler, it is possible to significantly downsize the inspection equipment. Testing for 5G base stations and devices is already being conducted in compact OTA testing environments.
